Operations & CRM · Advanced AI automations

The follow-ups nobody has time to send.

The reminder the day before. The quote that never got chased. The customer who was going to be called back on Thursday. None of it gets skipped because owners are careless — it gets skipped because it is the ninth job at six in the evening. Automations do those nine.

The price

One number, published.

Advanced AI automations

Monthly

$199 /mo

That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.

What it is

What you are actually buying.

Strip the term back and an automation is four plain things: something happens, a bit of time passes, a message goes out, and it stops when it should. An appointment is booked, so a reminder goes the day before. A quote is sent, so a nudge goes on day three and again on day seven unless the customer answers. A job is finished, so a follow-up goes out a week later. None of it is clever. All of it is the stuff that stops happening the moment you get busy, which is exactly when it matters most.

The no-show piece is the one most businesses feel first. Most people who do not turn up are not blowing you off — they forgot, or something moved and they meant to call and did not. A reminder they can actually reply to turns that into a rescheduled slot instead of an empty chair, because moving an appointment becomes easier than ignoring it. That is the whole mechanism.

Two limits, up front. Automation makes an existing process faster; it does not invent one. If nothing is getting booked, reminders have nothing to remind anybody about, and you should spend the money further up the funnel. And every sequence I build stops dead the moment a human replies, because the fastest way to lose a customer is to have a robot keep talking over them after they have already answered.

What is included

Everything in the price.

How it works

What happens after you say yes.

1. We map your actual week

What happens between somebody booking and somebody paying, and the two or three points where it reliably falls apart.

2. I build the sequences

Triggers, timing, wording and the stop conditions. The stop conditions are the part cheap setups leave out.

3. We test them on you first

Every message gets sent to you and your staff before a customer sees one. You read them as a customer would.

4. It runs, and it gets adjusted

Timing that annoys people gets changed. A step nobody answers gets rewritten or removed rather than left running forever.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

An enterprise all-in-one platform

$300–$890/mo

You buy the software and you are the one who has to learn it, configure it and keep it running.

Advanced AI automations

$199/mo

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is an AI automation, in plain terms?

A rule that fires without you. Something happens in your business, a set amount of time passes, and a message goes out to the right person — then it stops when they reply or when the reason for it is gone. The AI part is in the wording and in reading replies well enough to know when to stand down.

Will automated reminders cut my no-shows?

Usually they help, for an unglamorous reason: most no-shows are forgetfulness rather than rudeness, and a reminder that can be answered gives people a way to move the slot instead of vanishing from it. I am not going to put a percentage on it. It depends on your trade, how far ahead you book, and whether the reminder is easy to reply to.

Does this work with the booking system I already use?

Often, and it is worth checking before you buy rather than after. Some booking tools connect cleanly, some only export, and a few are closed enough that the honest answer is that the automation has to sit alongside them rather than inside them. Tell me what you run and I will find out first.

What happens when a customer replies to an automated text?

The sequence stops and a person picks it up. That is a hard rule. If the AI receptionist or the web chat is also running, the reply lands in the same inbox as everything else, so nobody is answered twice or not at all.

Is this the same thing as the AI receptionist?

No, and they solve different problems. The receptionist handles a live inbound call. Automations handle everything that should happen after the call — the reminders, the chasing, the follow-up. Businesses that run both stop losing people at the front door and stop losing them afterwards.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
