Websites & Ordering · Website care & hosting

You already have a site. Somebody should be looking after it.

It was built two years ago by a nephew, an agency or a platform you no longer log into. It still works, mostly. Nobody is sure where it is hosted, the prices on it are out of date, and the certificate expires on a date nobody has written down. This is the care plan for that site.

Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132
The price

One number, published.

Website care & hosting

Monthly

$99 /mo

That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.

What it is

What you are actually buying.

Plenty of businesses do not need a new website. They need somebody responsible for the one they have. Right now that job belongs to nobody: the developer stopped answering, the hosting renews on a card that expired, updates sit in a queue, and the services page still lists a price you changed last spring. It works until the morning it does not.

Care means the boring things done on a schedule. Hosting on a setup I control, so a slow, oversold server is not why your pages crawl. Certificates renewed, backups taken automatically with a copy to roll back to, updates applied rather than deferred, and monitoring so I hear the site is down before a customer tells you. And the edits — you email me the change and I make it, as part of the care plan.

Now the honest part, because it decides whether this is even possible for you. Some sites cannot be taken over. If yours lives inside a builder subscription tied to someone else's account, or on a closed platform that will not release the files, or a marketing company holds your domain and will not transfer it, then I cannot host it — and I will tell you on the call, not after you have paid. Same if the site is past caring for: I would rather say it needs rebuilding and lose the monthly than paper over a site that is costing you customers.

What is included

Everything in the price.

How it works

What happens after you say yes.

1. I look at what you actually have

The platform, the host, who controls the domain, what is broken and what is merely old. You get told either way, including if the answer is that you do not need me.

2. I tell you if it can be taken over

Some platforms will not release a site and some sites are past saving. That conversation happens before money changes hands, not after.

3. Migration and clean-up

Hosting moved, certificate sorted, backups turned on, updates applied, and the obvious out-of-date content fixed in the first week.

4. You email me changes

Prices, hours, a photo, a new page. You send it in a sentence and I handle it. You are not logging into a page builder yourself.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

A single-purpose SaaS tool

$300–$600/mo per tool

Priced per seat, per contact or per location, and you are the one who logs in and does the work.

Website care & hosting

$99/mo

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Figures are typical market ranges shown for illustration, not quotes from named providers. Many vendors price by seat, contact or location and keep pricing behind a sales call.

Questions

Frequently asked

I already have a website. Can you just look after it?

Yes, and for a lot of businesses that is the sensible move. If the site is decent and you like it, there is no reason to rebuild it. I take over hosting, the certificate, backups, updates and edits at $99/mo — the same care plan that runs on a site I build.

What does a website care plan actually cover?

Hosting, the SSL certificate, automatic backups, security and platform updates, uptime monitoring, and the edits you ask for. A price, a photo, your hours, an extra page, a staff name — you email it and I do it. The point is that maintaining the site stops being something you have to remember.

What if my site is on a platform you cannot take over?

Then I say so. It happens: sites built inside a subscription tied to someone else's account, closed platforms that will not export, a marketing company sitting on your domain. Sometimes it can be untangled; sometimes the honest answer is that the site has to be rebuilt somewhere you actually control. I would rather tell you at the start.

What if you look at my site and it is bad?

I will tell you, plainly, with the reasons. Taking a monthly to keep a site alive that is quietly losing you calls is not a service, it is a subscription. If it needs replacing I will say so and show you what that costs. You are free to say no.

How quickly do edits get done?

Small changes — a price, an hour, a photo — are usually same day or next business day. A new page or a rewrite takes longer because it needs writing, not just typing. If something is urgent, say so and it goes to the front.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
