Web design in Miami, at a price you can see.

A fast, mobile-first site for a Miami business, designed and built for you rather than assembled from a template. I am based in Miami, I build in English and Spanish, and I publish the price: one number to build it, one number a month to keep it running.

Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132
The price

Two numbers, published.

Website design & build

Up front

$750 once

Designed and built for your business, one time.

Website design & build

Every month

$99 /mo
  • Custom design
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Hosting, SSL, backups
  • Ongoing edits
  • Your domain in your name

The same price in every city I work in. It can be bought on its own or folded into a monthly plan — the pricing page builds any combination and shows the total before you commit.

Miami specifically

What a site has to do in Miami.

Miami is two markets sharing a sidewalk. There are the tourists — tapping a rewards card on Lincoln Road, deciding on their phone where to eat tonight — and there is the local trade: the contactless lunch rush in Brickell, the agencies, the contractors, the import and export firms. A site that only speaks to one of those is leaving the other on the table.

The language question is the one most Miami sites get wrong. Plenty of businesses here serve customers who read Spanish first, and the usual answer — a machine-translated page bolted on the side — reads exactly like what it is. This site runs its own Spanish pages, and where your customers need it, yours can too. If they do not, we do not build it and you do not pay for it.

The third Miami-specific thing is competition. This is a city full of agencies, which means the local benchmark for how a site looks is high, and it also means a lot of owners have been quoted a number with a lot of zeros and a scope they could not follow. I publish one price and one monthly, and you can read exactly what each covers before you talk to me.

Who I build for here

The Miami businesses this is built for.

Working together in Miami

How this actually runs.

I am here

Miami is home. For the first conversation and for photography, in person is straightforward.

English and Spanish

Where your customers read Spanish, the site is built in both, written rather than machine-translated.

A filming day if the photos are the weak point

Half a day on site, priced separately, produces the images and clips that make the difference between a real site and a template.

The build

Start to live.

1. Fifteen minutes

What the business does, who it sells to, and what the site has to make happen. If a website is not your problem I will say so.

2. I gather what I need

Photos, services, prices, hours. Where you do not have something, I tell you what would help and what we can do without.

3. I build it and you review it

You see it before anyone else does, and we change what you want changed.

4. It goes live and stays current

Domain pointed, Google profile connected, and from then on you email me when something needs changing.

The alternatives

What else you could do with the money.

An agency build plus a monthly SEO retainer

$1,000+/mo once the build is amortized

The usual shape: a project fee up front, then a retainer that covers the site and the search work together.

A page builder subscription

Cheaper, and it is yours to run

Genuinely fine if you enjoy it and have the evenings. Most owners buy one, build four pages, and never open it again.

This

$750 up front, then $99/mo

Built for you, hosted and maintained, and you email me when something needs changing.

Figures are typical market ranges shown for illustration, not quotes from named providers. Many vendors price by seat, contact or location and keep pricing behind a sales call.

The site is one of three things that bring you customers

The other two are the phone and the map. A site that converts is worth more when your Google profile is actually sending people to it, and worth more again when somebody answers when they call. You do not have to buy all three, and I will tell you which one Miami businesses like yours usually need first.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much does a website cost in Miami?

Mine is $750 up front, then $99/mo. Miami agency quotes commonly land far higher and are usually given only after a discovery call. Neither number is wrong — they are different services — but you should be able to see one of them before you book a meeting.

Can you build the site in Spanish as well as English?

Yes, written rather than machine-translated, where your customers actually need it. This site runs Spanish pages of its own.

Do you work outside Miami-Dade?

Yes — Broward and up the coast, and across all 50 states. I also work in Houston and Honolulu.

What does the monthly cover?

Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and ongoing edits. If you need a price changed, a photo swapped, a page added or your hours updated, you email me and I do it.

Do I own the site and the domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours.

How long does it take to build?

Typically a couple of weeks from the point I have your content, photos and details. What sets the pace is usually how quickly the business can get me its material, not the build.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
