Free tools · CalculatorThree honest inputs: how many calls you miss in a week, what a job is worth, and how many of those callers would really have booked. You get the monthly and annual figure, and what answering them would cost.
Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132Voicemails, hang-ups, after-hours, and the ones that rang out.
Be honest — not every caller was going to buy.
Illustration only, using the numbers you enter. It is an estimate of opportunity, not a forecast of revenue, and no system recovers every missed call.
Weekly missed calls are multiplied out to a month, then multiplied by the share you think would actually have booked, then by what a job is worth to you. That middle number is the honest one and it is the one to argue with: plenty of missed calls are suppliers, wrong numbers and people price-shopping who were never going to book.
Most owners guess too low on the first field and too high on the third. If you want the real figure for the first one, your phone's call log has it, and so does the call report on most business phone systems. It is usually worse than the guess.
The comparison at the bottom is deliberately blunt. Answering the phone costs a fixed amount a month. Either the calls you are losing are worth more than that or they are not, and if they are not, do not buy it — fix something else first.
Send these over and I will put together what an AI receptionist would actually say on your calls — your services, your hours, your booking rules.
I will put the one-page version together and come back to you within a business day. If it is urgent, grab 15 minutes instead.
It varies enormously and you should not take a number off a web page for it. Your phone's call log and your business phone system's call report both have the real figure, and it is usually higher than owners expect, particularly at lunchtime and after closing.
No. It answers the ones that come in, which is most of them, and it hands you the ones that need a person. Nothing recovers a caller who hangs up before the first ring, and any tool promising to recover every missed call is overselling.
Yes — missed-call text-back is $99/mo and it sends an instant text to anyone you could not get to. It does not answer the call, it saves the lead. Plenty of businesses start there and add answering later.
Start with the share of the calls you DO answer that turn into work, then take something off, because a missed call has already had a worse experience than an answered one. If you genuinely do not know, try it at 20% and at 40% and see whether the decision changes.
Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.
Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
The Growth Audit is free and takes about two minutes to request. I look at what you have now and tell you straight what would move the needle first -- and what would not.
