Capture & Respond · AI receptionistIt picks up on the first ring at 2pm and at 2am, in a real conversation. It knows your hours, your services and your prices, it books into your calendar, and it hands you the calls that need a person. One flat monthly price, not a meter that runs per call.
Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132One flat monthly price, published, not metered by the call. A busy month and a quiet month cost the same. It can be bought on its own or folded into a monthly plan on the pricing page.
An AI receptionist is a piece of software that answers your business phone, in a real voice, in a conversation. It is not a voicemail box and it is not a phone tree. Somebody calls, it picks up on the first or second ring, it knows what your business does, and it handles the call: what your hours are, whether you do that particular job, what it costs, when you could see them, and it books the appointment into the calendar you already use.
The reason it matters is arithmetic that every owner already knows. The calls you miss do not wait for you. Somebody looking for an auto shop, a dentist or a plumber is working down a list of three or four, and the one who picks up is the one who gets the job. You paid for that call — through your listing, your site, your ads, or twenty years of word of mouth — and then it rang out.
What is genuinely new is that answering the phone used to mean hiring somebody or paying a service by the call. Now it does not. That is the whole argument for this page.
No hold music, no queue, no after-hours cutoff. It answers at 2pm on a Tuesday and at 11pm on a Sunday in the same voice.
Your services, your hours, your service area, your prices where you want them quoted, and the questions you are tired of answering.
It offers real openings and writes the appointment in, rather than promising a call back that then has to happen.
Emergencies, existing jobs, anything you tell it to escalate. It transfers or texts you rather than trying to be clever.
Name, number, what they want, when they are free — not eleven seconds of somebody saying 'yeah, call me back'.
A written record of every call, so you can see the questions people actually ask. That alone changes what most owners put on their website.
Free, and it costs you the most
Most people looking for a local business do not leave one. They call the next number.
$250–$975/mo, metered by the call
Go over your call bundle and every extra call costs more. The site's own comparison puts a 60-call month at about $530.
A wage, plus the hours you are closed
The best answer if you have the volume to justify it — and still nobody at 9pm on a Saturday.
$249/mo
Answers everything, does not meter by the call, does not sleep, and hands you the ones that need a person.
Figures are typical market ranges shown for illustration, not quotes from named providers. Many vendors price by seat, contact or location and keep pricing behind a sales call.
It is software, and I would rather you knew where it ends. It is very good at the call that has a clear job: hours, services, prices, availability, booking, taking a message, answering the same five questions for the eight-hundredth time. That is the large majority of the calls a local business gets.
It is not the right answer for a difficult conversation. An upset customer, a complicated quote, a negotiation, anything where the person on the other end needs to hear a human being — those get routed to you, because that is what you set it up to do. Anyone selling you an AI that handles everything is selling you a disappointment.
It also only knows what it is told. If your hours change and nobody tells it, it will confidently give out the old ones. Keeping it current is part of what I do, and it is why this is a service and not a download.
Half an hour on the phone gets me your services, hours, service area, the questions you are sick of, and what you want it to quote versus what you want it to book.
It sits on the number you already publish, or takes overflow when your line is busy or unanswered — your call, and you can change it.
You call your own business and see what a customer would get. We change the wording until it sounds like your business.
Hours change, prices change, you add a service. You tell me and I update it, which is the part that stops this from quietly going stale.
Answering the call is the big one, but two smaller pieces sit either side of it: missed-call text-back catches anything that still slips through, and AI web chat answers the people who would rather type than dial. The Capture & Respond page shows how the three fit together.
Software that answers your business phone in a natural voice and handles the call: hours, services, pricing, availability, booking an appointment, taking a message, or transferring the caller to you. It answers every call, at any hour, without a queue.
Mine is $249/mo. That is a published, flat monthly price rather than a per-call bundle, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Live answering services typically run $250–$975/mo, metered by the call.
For the calls a local business actually gets — hours, prices, do you do this, when can you fit me in — it is genuinely good, and it is available at hours you are not. For difficult or emotional calls it should hand over to a person, and mine is set up to do that.
Yes, into the calendar you already use. It offers real openings and writes the appointment in rather than promising that somebody will call back.
It sounds like a phone assistant, not like a person you would mistake for your cousin. Callers generally do not mind, because the thing they hated was the queue and the voicemail. You should call your own number and judge it yourself before it goes anywhere near a customer.
No. It works on the number you already publish. It can answer everything, or only pick up when your line is busy or nobody gets to it.
They come to you, the way you tell it to — transferred live, or as a text with the caller's number and what they wanted. You decide which kinds of call those are.
Book fifteen minutes and I will walk you through what it would say for your business, using your services and your hours. The chat bubble on this page is the web-chat assistant rather than the phone receptionist, but it is the same idea in text.
Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.
Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
The same job, two very different cost structures. The honest comparison.
