Operations, CRM & Automation · Growth Dashboard & CRM

Every call, lead, review and booking in one place.

Right now your leads live in four places: the call log on your personal phone, an inbox, a notebook in the van, and messages nobody opens. This puts them in one branded dashboard so you can see what came in this week and what actually happened to it.

The price

One number, published.

Growth Dashboard & CRM

Monthly

$99 /mo

That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.

What it is

What you are actually buying.

The thing that costs a small business money is rarely a lack of leads. It is that a lead came in on Tuesday through a channel nobody checks, and by the time anyone found it the person had booked somewhere else. When the record of who contacted you lives in three apps and one head, nothing gets followed up on purpose — it gets followed up when it happens to be remembered.

The dashboard is the single place all of it lands: calls, form fills, chat conversations, texts, reviews and bookings, each one logged with where it came from and what stage it is at. It is branded to your business, and it is a web app — you open it in a browser and save it to your phone's home screen. There is nothing to download from a store and nothing to update.

The part that matters more than the software: I set it up and I keep it running. Most owners who buy a CRM end up as its unpaid administrator, which is why so many of them sit half-configured after month two. And the honest limit — a dashboard only shows what flows into it. If every job is agreed by voice on your personal cell and never written down anywhere, this will not fix that on its own.

What is included

Everything in the price.

How it works

What happens after you say yes.

1. I connect what you already have

Your business number, your web forms, your Google profile, your calendar. Nothing you publish changes and nobody has to be told a new number.

2. I build it around your process

Your services, your stages, your words. A pipeline copied off a software company's demo does not match how a shop actually takes work in.

3. I show you the three screens you will use

Not a training course. Today's leads, the follow-up list, and the calendar. If it takes more than ten minutes to explain, it will not get used.

4. It stays maintained

Connections break, numbers change, a form gets moved. Keeping it wired up is my job, not a ticket you have to file.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

An enterprise all-in-one platform

$300–$890/mo

You buy the software and you are the one who has to learn it, configure it and keep it running.

Growth Dashboard & CRM

$99/mo

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I actually need a CRM if it is just me?

Not always, and I will say so. If you take six calls a week and know every customer by name, a notebook is fine. It starts paying at the point where leads arrive from more than two places — phone, site, profile, chat, referrals — because that is where things start falling between them.

Is this an app I download?

No. It runs in the browser and installs to your phone's home screen, so it opens like any other icon. There is nothing to install from a store, and no update to miss.

Does it replace my point-of-sale?

No, and be careful of anyone who says theirs does. This is where leads and customers live; your POS is where transactions live. They are different jobs, and I would rather connect the two than pretend one is the other.

Who owns the customer list?

You do. It is your customer data and it stays your customer data. That matters more than owners usually think it does at signup, and considerably more later.

What if my staff never log in?

Then it is still worth having, because it is built for the owner first — the value is you being able to see what came in and what happened to it. At $99/mo it is the cheapest thing in the Operations cluster, and most businesses buy it because it makes everything else they are paying for visible.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
