Capture & Respond · AI web chat & SMS assistant

Somebody answers your website at eleven at night.

Most people who land on your site are not ready to call. They have one question — do you do this, are you open Saturday, how far do you travel — and if nothing answers it they leave. This answers it, gets their number, and puts the booking on your calendar.

Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132
The price

One number, published.

AI web chat & SMS assistant

Monthly

$149 /mo

That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.

What it is

What you are actually buying.

A contact form is a request for a stranger to do unpaid work and then wait. The visitor types their name, their email and a summary of their problem into a box, hears nothing back for a day, and in the meantime calls the next business on the list. Web chat replaces that with a conversation that happens while they are still on the page.

The assistant is trained on your business specifically: the services you sell, your hours, the area you cover, the things you do not do, and the questions you get asked over and over. It answers from that, asks for a name and a number, and when the person is ready it books them onto your calendar instead of promising that someone will be in touch. If they close the tab mid-conversation, the thread carries on by text, so a browser tab closing is not the end of the lead.

Two honest limits. It only knows what it has been told, so the first month is about finding the questions nobody thought to write down. And it does not pretend to be a person — when a visitor asks something it should not answer, or wants a human, it says so and hands the conversation to you rather than inventing a price.

What is included

Everything in the price.

How it works

What happens after you say yes.

1. We write down what it is allowed to say

Services, prices you are happy to quote, hours, coverage area, and the hard lines — what it must never commit you to. This is the whole job and it takes about one conversation.

2. It goes on the site

One snippet on your site, connected to your calendar and your text line. Nothing about your phone number or your booking system changes.

3. It works the visitors

Answers, qualifies, captures, books. You see the booked ones on your calendar and the rest as conversations you can pick up.

4. I tune it on what it missed

Every month I read the ones it fumbled and teach it the answer. An assistant that is never corrected gets worse, not better.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

A single-purpose SaaS tool

$300–$600/mo per tool

Priced per seat, per contact or per location, and you are the one who logs in and does the work.

$149/mo

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does an AI chatbot on a small business website actually do?

It answers the handful of questions that decide whether a visitor calls you — do you do this service, are you open, do you come out to my area, roughly what does it cost — then gets their name and number and books them if they are ready. It is a salesperson on the page, not a search box.

Can it really book an appointment?

Yes. It reads your calendar's real availability, offers times, and puts the booking on it. That is the difference between chat that collects leads for you to chase and chat that finishes the job while the person is still interested.

Will it pretend to be me?

No. It answers as your business's assistant and it says so if asked. It will not invent a quote, argue about a bill, or commit you to a date it cannot see availability for — those go to you.

What if it does not know the answer?

It says it does not know, takes the details, and hands it to you. That is by design. A confident wrong answer about a price or a service you do not offer costs more than a handoff does.

How is this different from the AI receptionist?

Channel. The receptionist answers the phone; this answers your website and your texts. People who will call you should be answered by the receptionist, and people who will never call — which is a lot of them now — get this. Plenty of businesses run both, and web chat at $149/mo is usually the one that goes on first if the site already gets traffic.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
