Operations & CRM · Email & SMS campaignsPhone numbers on job tickets, emails taken at the counter, names sitting in the booking system. It is the cheapest audience your business will ever have, and for most owners nobody has sent it anything in over a year. This is the writing and the sending, on a schedule.
Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.
The list is already there. What is missing is anyone doing anything with it. Those people paid you once, which makes them the least expensive audience you will ever get in front of, and in most shops they have not heard a word since the day they bought.
The reason is never laziness. Signing up for a sending platform takes ten minutes; writing something worth opening, every month, forever, is the part that quietly never happens. So this is the writing as much as the sending: a plan of what goes out and when, copy written for your business rather than a template with your name merged into it, and a schedule that does not depend on you remembering.
One plain thing about the text side, because owners hit it and it catches them out. You cannot send a marketing text to somebody who has not agreed to receive it, and US carriers will not deliver campaign texts from a number that has not been registered to your business first. That registration needs your legal business name, your tax ID and a live website with a visible privacy policy, and it is not instant. I do the paperwork and I build the consent capture. What I will not do is text a list that never opted in, and nobody you hire should offer to.
POS, booking tool, invoices, the notes app on your phone, three spreadsheets. It comes together in one place and gets cleaned before anything is sent.
Seasons, slow days, the service people forget you offer, the thing you would tell a regular if they walked in. That is the calendar.
Opt-in wording goes live, the sending number gets registered, and only then does a campaign go out.
What went out, what got opened, who replied, and what I am changing. No dashboard you have to remember to log into.

That is the platform only. Writing and sending the campaigns is still your evening.

I do. That is most of what you are paying for. The platform is the easy half — anyone can buy a sending tool. The half that does not happen on its own is somebody sitting down every month, writing something your customers will open in your voice, and getting it out on time.
Yes, and it is not a technicality. A marketing text needs the customer to have opted in, and US carriers require the sending number to be registered to your business before campaign traffic is delivered. I set up the opt-in and file the registration. If your list has no consent behind it, we build consent first and email carries the load meanwhile.
Usually more than the owner expects, but it needs cleaning first. Old addresses bounce, bounces damage whether your future emails land at all, and duplicates mean somebody gets the same message twice. That work happens once, up front, and it is the difference between a campaign that reaches inboxes and one that reaches spam folders.
Steady beats loud. For most local businesses that means something monthly by email with texts kept for things that are genuinely time sensitive — a closure, a booking window, a real offer. Texting people weekly about nothing is the fastest way to lose the list you just spent money building.
Often yes, and if it works there is no reason to move you. Tell me what you are on and I will look before you cancel anything. If the tool is genuinely holding you back I will say so and explain why, rather than migrating you for the sake of it.
Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.
Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
