One program, pointed at the top three map results.

The three business results above the map are where the calls go. Everything below them is a consolation prize. This is the premium version of local search work — the profile, the reviews, the citations and the pages run as one program against a target we name out loud.

The price

One number, published.

Top of Google (local ranking)

Monthly

$699 /mo

That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.

What it is

What you are actually buying.

When somebody searches for what you do near where they are, Google gives three local businesses the top of the page. Those three take the calls and the direction requests. It is the single most requested thing owners ask me for, which is why it exists as its own tier rather than as an upsell on a retainer.

The difference from Local SEO is not a different discipline, it is scope and coordination. The foundation still happens — the service and city pages, the technical work, the profile kept accurate. On top of that the profile is worked continuously rather than maintained, review velocity is run deliberately so the listing keeps earning fresh reviews, citations and your name, address and phone get chased across the web until they agree with each other, and the whole thing is measured on a monthly rank grid — where you appear from points across your area, not from your own front door, which is the reading that flatters everybody and means nothing.

Here is the honest part. Nobody can guarantee a position. Google forbids the claim, and the map result physically changes with where the searcher is standing, so the same business is first from one block and invisible from four blocks over. What you are buying is the process run properly and the grid that shows you the truth about it. If your category is dense downtown, the realistic win is owning a radius, not a city — and I would rather set that expectation now than explain it in month five.

What is included

Everything in the price.

How it works

What happens after you say yes.

1. A ranking audit first

Where you currently show up across the map, who is above you, and why. The Growth Audit is free, and there is no point selling a program before we both know the starting position.

2. We name the target

Which searches, which radius, which competitors. A target you can check is what makes the reporting honest; a vague promise to improve your visibility is what makes it meaningless.

3. The program runs

Profile activity, reviews, citations, pages — all of it moving at once, because in the map pack the pieces compound and any one of them alone tends to stall.

4. The grid tells the truth

Every month you see the map, not a sentence about progress. If a corner of your area is not moving, that is visible to you at the same time it is visible to me.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

An agency build plus a monthly SEO retainer

$1,000+/mo once the build is amortized

The usual shape: a project fee up front, then a retainer that covers the site and the search work together.

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Figures are typical market ranges shown for illustration, not quotes from named providers. Many vendors price by seat, contact or location and keep pricing behind a sales call.

The commitment

What I will actually promise you.

Visible ranking progress in 90 days — or I keep working at no extra cost.

Nobody can honestly guarantee a position: Google forbids it and the map result moves with the searcher's location. What I commit to is the work.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you guarantee I will be number one on Google?

No, and you should walk away from anyone who says yes. Google's own rules forbid the claim, and the local results shift with the searcher's location, so there is no single position to be number one in. What I commit to is the process, a named target, and a monthly grid you can check me against.

What is the map pack or the 3-pack?

The block of three local businesses Google shows above the ordinary results, with the map, the ratings and the call and directions buttons. On a phone it takes most of the first screen, which is why it matters more than the blue links underneath it for a local business.

How is this different from Local SEO?

Local SEO is the ongoing groundwork at a steady cadence. This is the same work run as a campaign against a target, with the pieces that specifically move map results — profile activity, review velocity, citations — pushed hard together, plus the rank-grid reporting. It runs $699/mo, and it is the right buy when your category is contested and the map pack is genuinely worth fighting for.

How long before I see movement on the grid?

Neglected profiles usually move first, because what is holding them back is fixable in week one. Competitive categories take longer, and the grid tends to show partial movement — the blocks near you before the ones further out — well before anything changes at the center.

Do I need the reviews engine as well?

Review velocity is part of this program, so the asks and the replies are handled here. Businesses that want reviews worked as their own discipline, with routing and a fuller reply operation, run the reputation engine alongside it.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
