Capture & Respond · Missed-call text-back

The call you missed gets a text back in seconds.

You were under a car, with a client, or asleep. The phone rang and nobody picked up. Within seconds that caller gets a text from your number asking what they need — and most of the time they reply instead of calling the next place on the list.

Missed-call text-back

Monthly

$99 /mo

That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.

What it is

What you are actually buying.

This is the cheapest thing on this site and, for a business that lives on the phone, usually the first thing worth turning on. It does one job: when a call comes in and nobody answers, the caller immediately receives a text from your business number. Not five minutes later, not the next morning — while they still have their phone in their hand.

That matters because a person searching for a plumber, a hairdresser or a body shop is usually working down a list. A voicemail asks them to wait for you. A text puts the conversation in the one place they will actually see it, and it turns a missed call into a thread you can pick up when you have a free minute.

It also gives you a record. Every missed call and every reply lands somewhere you can see, so you find out how many people were trying to give you money while the phone rang out.

Everything in the price.

How it works

What happens after you say yes.

1. Your number stays your number

The system sits alongside it. Nothing on your signage, your listing or your cards changes.

2. We write the message

One or two lines in your voice. The good ones name the business, apologize plainly and ask a question.

3. It runs

Missed call in, text out, reply in. You answer when you get a minute.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

A live answering service

$250–$975/mo, metered by the call

Go over your call bundle and every extra call costs more. The site's own comparison puts a 60-call month at about $530.

Missed-call text-back

$99/mo

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is missed-call text-back?

When someone calls your business and nobody answers, they automatically get a text back from your business number within seconds, asking what they need. They reply by text and you pick up the conversation when you are free.

Does the text come from my real business number?

Yes. That is the point — a text from an unfamiliar number reads as spam and gets ignored. It comes from the number they just called.

Do I have to change my phone system?

No. It works alongside the number you already publish, so nothing on your signage, your Google listing or your business cards has to change.

How is this different from an answering service?

An answering service puts a human on the call and bills you by the call. This is not a human and it does not try to be — it buys you the reply, so the lead stays with you until you can get to it. If you want calls actually answered and appointments booked, that is the AI receptionist, and plenty of businesses run both.

What if I would rather the call was answered properly?

Then start with the AI receptionist. Text-back is the safety net under it: the receptionist handles the call, and anything that still falls through gets a text so nobody is left hanging.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
