Content, Local & Social · Google Business ProfileFor most local businesses the Google Business Profile brings in more calls than the website does, and almost nobody maintains it. I claim it, fix what Google is holding against it, post to it every week, and keep the details right so the map keeps working.
Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132That is the published price for this service. Buy it on its own, or fold it into a monthly plan — plans start at $297 a month and the pricing page builds any combination you like and shows the total before you commit.
A Google Business Profile is not a set-and-forget listing. Google reads it constantly — the categories you picked, the services you listed, whether your hours are right on a holiday, how fast you answer questions, whether anyone has posted to it this month — and it ranks you in the map partly on how alive the profile looks.
Most owners claim the profile once, fill in a phone number, and never open it again. Then a competitor with worse work and a busier profile sits above them in the three results that actually get clicked. This service is the maintenance: the weekly posts, the category and service edits, the photo uploads, the questions answered, the review replies written, and somebody watching for the suspension notice that otherwise sits unread in an inbox for three weeks.
It pairs with the site rather than replacing it. The profile is what gets you found; the site is what closes the person who found you. If you only ever buy one of the two, start with whichever one you do not have.
Categories, services, photos, posts, questions, reviews, and whether anything is triggering a policy problem. You get told what is wrong in plain language.
Everything that can be corrected in the first week gets corrected in the first week — that is usually where most of the movement comes from.
Posts, photos, answers and replies on a schedule, so the profile keeps looking like a business that is open and busy.
What was posted, what moved, and what I would do next. No dashboard you have to remember to log into.
$1,000+/mo once the build is amortized
The usual shape: a project fee up front, then a retainer that covers the site and the search work together.

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you rather than handed to you as software.

Claiming and verifying the listing, choosing categories that match what ranks in your area, writing out your services, weekly posts, photo uploads, answering questions, replying to reviews, and keeping hours and attributes accurate. It also includes watching for suspensions, which is the part that costs businesses the most when nobody is looking.
The profile gets you found; the site is where people decide. Google also weighs the site your profile points at. You can start with the profile alone and many businesses do, but the two work considerably better together than either does by itself.
It depends entirely on how many competitors are in your category and how close they are to the searcher. Fixing a neglected profile usually shows the fastest change, because the easy problems — wrong category, empty services, no posts — are the ones holding it back. Nobody honest will promise you a position.
Yes, and it is worth acting quickly. Suspensions usually trace back to a policy detail: a service-area business showing a street address, a name with keywords stuffed into it, or a category that does not match what the business does. I go through the same checklist before appealing.
Access to the profile, or the email it was created under. If nobody knows, there is a recovery process and I run it. After that I need your real hours, your service list, and any photos you have.
Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.
Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
