Free toolsFour calculators for the numbers small business owners are usually guessing at: what card processing really costs, what the delivery apps take, what the phone you do not answer is worth, and what a dual-pricing program is designed to offset.
Or call and talk it through: (305) 215-6132What your card fees cost a month on Square and Clover's published 2026 rates, and the effective rate each works out to.

Open the toolEvery one of these gives you the answer on the screen without asking for an email first. That is deliberate. If a number is only useful to me when I have your address attached to it, it was never much of a tool.
They are all illustrations built on figures published by the companies involved, or on numbers you type in yourself. None of them replaces reading your actual statement or your actual order report, which is the thing I would rather do with you anyway — and that is free as well.
No. Every calculator shows its result as you type. There is an optional step underneath each one if you want me to look at your real numbers and come back with a written breakdown, and that is free too.
They are illustrations. Each one states exactly which figures it uses and what it leaves out, and the processing calculator in particular excludes plan fees, PCI fees and hardware, which is where most of the surprises are. For a real number, use your own statement.
Please do. Link to them, send them to another owner, put them in a group. That is what they are for.
Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.
Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
The Growth Audit is free and takes about two minutes to request. I look at what you have now and tell you straight what would move the needle first -- and what would not.
