Miami restaurant ordering, without the marketplace cut.

Two rooms order from a Miami kitchen: the visitor deciding on a phone somewhere near Lincoln Road, and the Brickell lunch that wants it ready in twelve minutes. Both of them can order from you instead of from an app that keeps the customer.

The Miami problem

Two customers, one kitchen.

Miami restaurants serve two completely different orders. There is the visitor trade — people who found you on a phone, who have no idea where anything is, and who are choosing between you and four other places within a mile. And there is the local trade: the contactless lunch rush out of Brickell, the regulars, the office orders that come in at the same time every Thursday.

The marketplaces are very good at the first group and very expensive on the second. Paying a commission to reach a tourist who would never have found you otherwise is a defensible trade. Paying the same commission on the regular who has eaten your food forty times is just a leak, and it is the leak this fixes.

The language question is the other Miami-specific piece. A menu that only works in English is a menu that half your neighborhood has to squint at. Where your customers read Spanish, the ordering runs in both — written, not machine-translated.

What changes

When the ordering is yours.

The order goes straight to your kitchen, the payment goes to your processor at your own rate, and the customer's details stay in your list rather than in somebody's database you have to rent access to. That last part is what makes a slow Tuesday fixable: you can actually contact the people who already like your food.

It is a web app, not a native app from a store. It opens in the browser and installs to the home screen with your icon, which is how a regular gets from craving to order in two taps without downloading anything.

What is included

Everything in the package.

How it runs

From menu to live.

1. Fifteen minutes

Your menu, your service model, and whether ordering is actually your bottleneck. Sometimes it is not, and I will say so.

2. The menu goes in

Items, modifiers, options and prices, written out properly. This is the part that takes the time, and I do it.

3. You order from yourself

On a phone, like a customer, and we fix whatever is annoying before anyone else sees it.

4. It goes live

The ordering link goes on your Google profile and your social accounts, and the home-screen install starts turning regulars into repeat orders.

What this normally costs

The comparison, honestly.

A third-party delivery marketplace

15% to 30% of each order, depending on the plan tier

All-in costs often land nearer 30% to 40% once promotions and the lower tiers' visibility penalties are counted, and the customer stays theirs, not yours.

Restaurant website + high-volume ordering app

$2,000 up front, then $149/mo

One published price, one invoice, and the work is done for you.

Figures are typical market ranges shown for illustration, not quotes from named providers. Many vendors price by seat, contact or location and keep pricing behind a sales call.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I have to leave the delivery apps?

No, and most Miami kitchens should not. Keep them for the visitor trade they are genuinely good at reaching. The point is to stop paying a cut on the locals who already know you.

Can the ordering run in Spanish?

Yes, written rather than machine-translated, where your customers need it. Menu item names, modifiers and the checkout all included.

Who handles the delivery driving?

You do, the way you do now — your own driver or a delivery service you already use. This replaces the ordering and the commission, not the driving.

What does it cost per order?

Nothing per order. It is a build price and a monthly, and it does not move with volume. Your card processing is separate and charged by your processor, which I am happy to look at either way.

Is there a contract?

Not on this. Growth, marketing and website services — including the website care plan — are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing is a separate thing: it is a merchant account and it has its own terms, which I go over with you personally on the free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period to argue about on the month-to-month services — I would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term you regret. If you cancel a website plan the domain is yours, registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere.
